I moved server recently and am finding that the backups are being emailed to my old mailbox at my old hosting site.
Is this likely to be a problem in the plugin settings, or the WP install - I've run through the database and cannot see any reference to the old site - so I think it must be the plugin?
Hi,
Sorry I wasn't clear enough. I have moved servers, the email address is the same but is now a mailbox on the new host, but the email from the db backup goes to the old mailbox on the old host.
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and this has corrected the problem, I am curious as to why this would happen though?
I couldn't see any settings refering to a file path/abspath in the plugin and there was no reference to the old database in the new db.

This has nothing to do with the plugin. If it seemed to go away after deleting and re-activating the plugin, it was a coincidence.
Probably some mailservers had your old server's DNS info cached, so mail went there for a while after your move until the cache expired.
Another possibility is that if the old site is still there, it's triggering the old server to send emails, and that old server sends the emails to itself.

thanks for a great plugin.

You can set the destination email on the plugin's admin page ("Backup" under "Tools"). Look for "Email backup to" and change that address.
