Austin, do you have any guesses as to why I would get a Preview button on the comment form when I am logged in, but see no changes to the form when I am logged out? See here. Our theme is adapted from Sandbox, if that's any help.
I have no idea. Can you email to if.website@gmail.com a copy of the comments.php template from your theme?
Austin, I have sent the file. I really like this plugin and appreciate any help you can offer in making it work for us.
Edit: I should also note, in case it makes a difference, that we are using WordPress MU.
