I'm an extreme newbie so I really appreciate as detailed of assistance as you can offer!
I have a wordpress blog I haven't paid much attention to for the last couple of months and when I had a look, I saw that all my posts and pages had disappeared. I have no idea how this happened and my hostgator couldn't help me.
I did a backup through this plugin awhile ago and they said that's my only option. Thing is, I have no idea how to restore my content using this plugin. I'm sure this is extremely basic but I don't even know where it backed up to or what to do to upload it...
