When I contacted my support, the person has no idea where to find the file.
Here's what he says:
"I'd need the specific name of the file in which those settings are stored or how to check them if they're not stored in a text format or otherwise unencrypted file."

You must be using a backup plugin other than WordPress Database Backup (my plugin). WP-DB-Backup does not use mysqldump, but other backup plugins do.
I am having the same provlem. In WP support forum users suggest to ingore the error. Bit its kinda annoying
