This is the error I received WARNING: Your backup directory does NOT exist, and we cannot create it.
Using your FTP client, try to create the backup directory yourself: D:Hosting3942566html/wp-content/backup-5fae2/
How do I create this back up directory through my ftp which is Filezilla?

go into D:/Hosting3942566html/wp-content/ via FTP and then in that directory, right click and select Create folder/directory and name it backup-5fae2
unfortunately, that did not work. I went into my wp-contents section and created that directory.
I do not see where d:hostin3942566

You probably don't see "Hosting3942566/" because it's the directory you log in to when you connect with FTP. Probably you see wp-content right there or in the html directory.
