Yes, my backups have also not been getting emailed since March 17. A manual backup seems to complete, but nothing happens after that. When I click the "backup" link I get a message saying the file hasn't been found.
Hi! We are having this same issue : The daily email backup is working on two of our websites, but the most recent website we added it to stopped sending the emails after April 11th. We've tried re-saving the options to see if that triggers it, but still nothing. : We love this plugin and we always donate to it :D. It's been really reliable for our other 2 websites for a long time, so we truly appreciate it, we just want to figure this out too!
I really like the plugin and its simplicity but the automated emailing doesn't work on several blogs/websites I created. Just once I got an email with the backup file...
Is there any solution to this problem yet? I really hope so as there are no other plugins offering this funtion in such an easy way...
Hi,
Thanks for a great plugin.
My daily backup stopped mailing me a week back and I have an idea that it has to do with my theme, which I changed to the same day...
That seems to be too much of a coincidence to be completely unrelated anyway.
My theme now is Suffusion, which I think is one of the bigger/more used ones and a great plugin like this should really be compatible with the big ones.
For those who can't send back-up by e-mail, you may do this: change your e-mail address to another. I changed my back-up email from gmail to yahoo and everything seem to work fine. This could be a problem that gmail try to block backup mail.
Hey, this was a problem for me over the past month or so, as the automatic database email seemed to stop arriving in my inbox... But I found out that for some reason Gmail all of a sudden was sending my database backups to the spam folder, whereas previously everything was fine.
So, check your spam folder for your database backups. If they are there, make sure they are selected and click "not spam" and Gmail will remember not to put them in that folder.
Like a lot of other people my backup is running, but it is not emailing me anymore (it used to).
I have just tried to run a manual backup and email and at the end of the process I get the following error:
error: undefined index: options
any ideas?
thanks
Andrew
Fixed it now :-)

What was the solution?

Okay, it did save the file to my computer.Still waiting to receive email backup.
Backup complete, sending backup via email...
This is what I see on the page. For a long time. Even though I received the message that the backup completed successfully. No email arrives.
I see I did get the emails today (I filtered them to a different folder). I hope I will begin getting the regular backups again. Thanks.

Forgot to add:
I've tried manually backing up my database to email and it seems to hang around 20%. Not on the same table though.
Tried the ('MOD_EVASIVE_OVERRIDE', false)-hack but it froze yet again.
I tried not backing up my forums, only the blogs and then it worked!
I guess I'll stick with only saving the blogs. My forum(s) are not active anyway...
Thanks you.

Try it.
Good Luck.

It is more than a gmail spam folder issue. Something is wrong.
