I have just uploaded and activated backup db plugin a week ago. I had opted email option. Now I am receiving emails about my database regularly but the files are of 0 bytes and when i open it, it is empty. why is it? Where are my backup files and what is the solution?
plz help me out since I am worried about my backup files.
There is a bug in the way PHP creates the gzipped files that makes them report their size as zero when in fact the full content is there. Some unzip tools will therefore fail to extract the content correctly, even though it's in there.
You should not have this issue with any of the gzip apps available at http://www.gzip.org/

No sir, the files are actually empty. Do you have any solution for it, I am worried about this issue.
