I was diagnosed,01/26/09, with BCC to like you. It is on the corner of my eye,but not on the lid. A plastic surgeon will perform 2 surgeries. The second is reconstrutive. The size visibly, is of a pearl.
He will not know how deep until the surgery. Thank you for sharing. Now I am not as worried. I agree, if you have to have cancer, this the least worisome. I have had this since 2003 or 2004, so I am hoping all turns out well tomorrow,Feb.24,2009.

Thanks for this hopeful story. I’ve just made it to seven days after surgery for nodular and superficial BCC on my face.

I was trying not to panic as I’ve lost my mother, sister and brother to cancer. It helped reading your story! God Bless You! Dawn
